Always a great and easy stay

It's not great looking from outside, but really updated on inside. On the outskirts of town, it wasn't really busy and we had a quiet night. Comfy bed and raised for our Ada room. The shower was perfect and had good water pressure. My only complaint would be that the comfy chair was too low for disabled person like me who had a hard time getting out of it. A lift chair would have been perfect. The room was very clean, tile floors instead of carpet. Morning breakfast was good with scramble scrambled eggs, sausage, and mini pancakes. Reasonably priced to boot.

It was under construction/repairs. they didn’t tell about that, I wouldn’t had accepted that price, I rather would had go to another hotel. No coffee, the bathroom to little, no place to hang the towels, swimming pool under construction, towel haven’t been changed, we had to do our bed… Other hotels prices were about $100 per night here we paid over $260 for the 1st night. Next time I will check a bit better.

Appreciative it’s under construction and renovations are taking place as it’s much needed. Cockroaches in rooms, unfinished construction in rooms, terrible design flaws of new construction, should not have been charged the rate we were.

Poorly cared for property. We purchased non refundable rooms for a wedding in town. On the website and the booking site it lists the pool hours but we were told the pool has been closed for months and won’t be open this weekend, if ever. The main areas were the dirtiest AmericInn I’ve ever seen. Nothing has been dusted or wiped or vacuumed in a long time. Our first room was so dirty with either vomit or worse on the bedding. The lamp was broken and the picture was broken and taped over with packing tape. Room 106 was completely horrid. The corners of the room even had spider webs like you might find in your unkept basement, including black spiders. The man at the front desk-who you call to find -helped give this place some credit. He was kind and was able to find a cleaner room but he was difficult to find. It appears like maybe he lives in one of the rooms and in between hanging with friends you can call him up to try to help you. Of our other two rooms, one should have been a non-smoking king-turned out to be a smoking double room-but besides the smell of smoke it was clean enough we didn’t risk asking for an other. One of the rooms in our group was actually clean. 213. There were cereals for breakfast but no hot food like listed either but we would not have risked eating any prepared foods from this property anyway. Seems like this place has a varying degree of rooms. It’s unfortunate that it’s advertised with a pool and enhanced cleaning methods when it clearly does not. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was not very clean, pretty sure the sheets were not changed from the last guests. There was a hair ball on the pillow, what might have been bodily fluids in the head board, and bathroom floor was dirty. The pictures online did not look like what we actually saw

I was never able to find the TV remote but rested good all nite.
