Waterfront Hillside Villa- Resort where luxury & nature unite

Not practical.. Nice home unfortunately very difficult to enjoy. The property was difficult to explore given how steep access to parts of the outdoor space and access to house itself. Was not prepared for the layout of this property. Could be cleaner.

Great Toronto area home base This was a great venue for our party of 10 (five couples) all celebrating 70th birthdays. It was centrally located for touring both Niagara Falls and Toronto. Restaurants, groceries, and gas are nearby. Great waterfront location. Kitchen was well stocked. LOTS of steps both outside and inside, so beware if there are mobility issues. Since there are only three full baths we did have to do some sharing. All in all though our group enjoyed being able to all be in one place.

BEST. STAY. EVER! We stayed at this property over our wedding weekend and I have been consistently blown away. The host, Kathy is SO lovely and welcoming and so easy to communicate with. The property is even more beautiful in person. We ended up taking some of our wedding photos here because it was so breathtaking. The home is stocked with amenities like kitchen supplies, tableware, board games, even what appeared to be a baby change table and crib in one of the closets. Each bedroom has a fan which is such a great touch for people like me who need one to sleep. The view from every single room is something out of a fantasy. There's even a small dock that you can sit on to enjoy the sunrise. The only thing I would caution about it is accessibility - there are very very steep stairs leading to each level of the property and outside leading to the yard. I don't know if my calves will ever be the same after climbing so many flights all weekend. Anybody with any mobility issues would have a hard time leaving the first main floor (which is still great and has a bedroom, bathroom & kitchen). We cannot thank you enough, Kathy!!!!!
