Average lodging for a premium price. Expected better everything for a Hilton price. Complimentary breakfast is fine but not extraordinary. Front desk staff seem bothered when asked anything. Sports teams run uncontrollably through hallways with no staff interested in stopping the noise. Hockey nets were set up for a game on the second floor hallway. Bedding is literally shredded from age. Curtains do not fit to block outside light. Floors in the guest room needed a thorough cleaning not just sweeping! Climate control is very good.

Property was clean and staff was nice. However it is in a very industrial area and the pool renovation that I was told would be completed before our stay was not finished.

Nice hotel. Obviously new with good staff and breakfast. BUT, the pool and gym were closed with no pre-warning at booking. Also the bathroom design is ridiculous. The sink area is separate from the toilet meaning if you need to use the toilet at night you must turn on a big light and disturb others. No place to plug in a nightlight in the toilet room.

All the staff were here helpful, can’t fault any of them.
Some areas of the hotel are currently being worked on.
Sadly the pool area was closed.

Lovely looking as recently renovated BUT price is very high as a result and amenities unavailable. Rate was $500 a night for 2 bdrm suite. Pool and gym unavailable, but could use next door. Suite was SMALL, total stretch for 4 people. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and not a full set of 4 glasses and plates. No cutting board, etc. Table but only 2 chairs! TVs were terrible quality, very grainy and definitely old despite other room upgrades. We were told our credit card was being authorized for $1500 but not charged. Once we saw the room and knew it wasn’t a fit for a family of 4 we decided to not stay. We were told the GM would call us the next day and we wouldn’t be charged; following day we were charged $1500 and GM never called nor returned our calls. Eventually the charge was reversed but will take 5 business days. Overpriced for what you get and lacking a customer focus.

Oh Canada!
The property is under renovation, however it was not bad. Room was nice. We had 3 children with us and they could accommodate all in one room. My only problem was these rooms are next the the elevator. If you're a light sleeper, best to pay for two rooms, if able.
