Comfort Inn

Whether room or breakfast restaurant, EVERYTHING is disposable: cups, cutlery, you name it. Staying a week I had to buy my own ceramic cups and coffee for the room. King bed and room was quite nice, bathroom and aforementioned amenities were shockingly poor.

Great breakfast , clean rooms! Great price! The rooms had little extra things like a cute nightlight and makeup remover. Lots of parking. Very clean we really enjoyed our visit. We booked the same name hotel in Barrie the next night and it wasn’t run as well as the one in Burlington!

The hotel is conveniently located off of Walkers Line South on Burlington, Ontario on the South Service Rd. Between Guelph Line and Walkers Line. It’s follow your GPS or Nav. It was a Friday afternoon check in and it was smooth as silk for the check in. I managed to get into the hotel and off to the Game #5 for the Blue Jays Seattle baseball playoff game a few doors down Rooms are clean and amply set up for a beautiful nights rest. Prices are competitive with the other hotels In the area. Breakfast the next morning was great with fresh hot food including eggs, bacon, potatoes, juices, coffee and cereal , yogurt cans fresh fruit oranges and apples. The seating area was well kept with fresh plants and flowers. A wide screen TV was broadcasting the morning news for the GTA and world. CP24, I found the staff to be very friendly and courteous and the front desk provided me the WiFi password when I forgot my room pass key with identifying password. Parking is ample and free. The only thing I could fault was the noisy QEW HIGHWAY where traffic never stops 24 hours a day. The layout for breakfast is spacious and very clean. Bravo. Comfort Inn as I will reserve my next trip with you over the nearby Admiral Inn and Quality Inn where I have also stayed.

The room was ok but had a funky smell and was run down looking . Front desk staff was great. Made a few attempts to use my key and staff member yelled instructions from 5 doors down. Not exactly unfriendly but it was unprofessional. Ground floor room facing the highway was loud and the sliding door was jammed and difficult to open, curtains were disgusting. Overall not terrible but some updating and proper cleaning would be beneficial.

Could use some updates overall.Also had a musky smell, assuming from the A/C that was archaic and worked sporadically.
