We stayed at the hotel for leisure, and I must say the experience was 10/10 for cleanliness and service. Special thanks to Anita, who left her name on a card and also checked in with us on the day of our checkout to see if we needed anything else, such as extra towels. That personal touch truly made a difference. My family had lunch at the bistro, and the burger was very juicy — the French fries were to die for! Ms. Kim at the Front Desk was very pleasant, accommodating, and kind. She even took the time to talk with the kids to make sure they were happy and comfortable. Amenities-wise, the kids loved the swimming pool. The warm pool area combined with the cool water made it very enjoyable and perfect for the kids, who weren’t afraid to jump right in. Location-wise, the hotel is right next to the Burlington Convention Centre where we had our party — literally a stone’s throw away. It was extremely convenient, especially with children. Overall, the experience was a perfect 10/10. Highly recommended!

We were excited to arrive at the hotel, but the employee that checked us in was not pleasant at all. We didn’t get a welcome nor any type of smile or eye contact..the room was clean, but the shower floor and counter tops need some attention. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I also feel that it would help the hotel to improve

Really friendly and well presented business/ traveller hotel. Supremely welcoming staff who go above and beyond to personalize the experience and create a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Facilities good, food good, bed comfortable, what’s not to like!
