Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli

Checkin was easy and convenient, person came late for luggage. Room was clean, linen and bathroom fresh and clean. Breakfast menu was limited but tasty. Checkout was smooth

Property is very nice. Ambiance is very good. Swimming pool, kids play area all are nice. Breakfast was delicious. Only problem i faced was hot was not coming in my room.

Excellent view clean room with good food but breakfast less option

This is a highly overpriced and extremely poorly serviced place. I hated it from the word go. The service was extremely slow, unprofessional. The staff did not know how to pour coffee without it overflowing into the saucer. The room had lot of dust and old mats/carpets. They charged rs 1000 per person for the new year buffet which was basically worth rs. 500. They did not even give a pucca bill of the food to avoid taxes. They even charged us for a water bottle despite the breakfast was included in the package. It means they expected guests to only have food but not water during breakfast. The staff had no clue about what a toast means. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.

Property location is very good, food average

Awesome food and property ambience. Staff is polite and helpful, it’s like home away from home with picturesque swimming pool and kids loved the game room. Nice place for nature lovers.

Very good resort for nature lovers, all rooms n cottages are covered/surrounded by big tall mango, coconut and cashew trees, calm and cool place to unwind. Kids loved the swimming pool and play zone, rooms are clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking valley/greenery. Food is awesome and staff is polite and caring. Must stay place in dapoli for sure
