The property was easy to find. Check-in and check-out was easy. The room was not as clean as expected and WiFi was only free for Marriott members. Unfortunately there was a loud family with kids slamming doors and playing in the hallway.

Terrific customer service in all hotel areas. Only negative is toilet is sized for a toddler. Very low to the ground and small seat concierge floor offerings were delicious and plentiful and servers were pleasant. Front desk went above and beyond to satisfy our needs.

My room was AMAZING! From the time of checkin, the gentleman Justin at the front desk really anticipated my needs. He was so professional and so refreshing to work with. I really appreciated that he acknowledged my elite status and because I checked in later in the evening, He made sure he told me to go to the concierge lounge to get waters and beverages right before they closed. I’ve been to Marriotts everywhere and this one really shines for me because of Justin. They need to use him to train people at other locations so that guests first point of contact is pleasant and memorable like mine was.

Front desk staff were always pleasant and accommodating. Service staff went beyond the standard for room cleanings and presentation in the concierge lounge. Service with a smile. Gym and pool amenities are excellent and always stocked with what you need.
