The location of this hotel was perfect for our "why" we were there. I wish I could say the same about the hotel itself. The customer service was pleasant. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was way too small, and the shower curtain was too short for the bathtub shower. The hotel is huge, and the hallways were taken care of, however, the stairs we took were never taken care the 4 days we were there. There was no ice machine on the floor and when we did find the ice machine it was broken down. They have a big pool area, and it was not in use and there were no places outside for a family to sit and enjoy time outside. This could an amazing place for what it looks like it wants to be a facility for weddings or large meetings you need to up your game. It's the little things that could make a big impression. No maintenance on site? As a request for the light on the mirror was out and the sink didn't drain.

1st time staying at Delta Chicago Willowbrook. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. The restaurant need a bit if upgrade. It lack varieties for breakfast. Tried to get a good coffee with no luck during the stay. The coffee machine was broken the 1st day and remained the same till departure.

Room super Clean, nice and friendly stuff, front desk people always smile and try to help you and make you feel welcome. Some times there ice maker not working but not big problem, I will give them 5 stars . There parking lot huge, and nice location everything near you.

Great location right off the Highway. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Clean and convenient and pleasant staff so kind and helpful. But thing that makes it a great stay is the staff especially Sai!!! I definitely recommend this hotel.

I stay here several days a month. Room is always clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. Great staff. Sai usually checks me in and he is always super proactive and accommodating! Also very conveniently located with easy access to both I-55 and I-294.
