Very good service and very good food. Lovely location along the river and some 15 minutes to the airport. The Reception manager was very kind to allow us to remain in the same room for two different reservations. Very active howler monkeys and mosquitoes are around!

A nature park next to the river The sound of birds and howler monkeys surround you The bar and restaurant has great service great food and cold beer Excellent place to stay while visiting Lamanai ruins I will definitely recommend and return

This resort was by far the best that I've ever visited when traveling internationally! The staff's hospitality was excellent, food was great, and the native owners even took time out of their busy day to stop by to make sure our stay was comfortable and met expectations. Huge shout out to the welcoming staff: Braxton, Jay, Makenzie, and Mariano! They had a special birthday dinner all planned when I returned from sightseeing. This resort and it's staff adds a personal touch that I'm sure many will enjoy. We plan on making a yearly trip to Belize so this will be our home away from home. Until next year guys!!!

The staff at restaurant was excellent and accommodating. This is the perfect place for an inexpensive clean room, without the bells and whistles. Beware! The door to your room has a 2 inch gap.

This resort was the nicest we could find in the area and we were happy with the accommodations. It was conveniently located to go see Mayan ruins and felt very safe. The resort is off the beaten path but food and drink are onsite. The pool was nice as was the river view!

No Hot water, No internet, broken pool chairs, torn and loose hanging sun shades at pool, rude front desk staff. The only saving grace was the restaurant staff and food.

Nice quaint resort off the beaten path. Fish cakes and vegetable pealla in restaurant was delicious. Mario, the driver was a godsend. He was patient, courteous, knowledgeable about Belizean history/culture and a very good Black Orchid ambassador!!
