Good hotel with fair price. I didn't like the lobby, which is dark and gloomy. but room is big and nice .no alcohol in minibar. Breackfast could be better .There is no live cooking in breakfast time . nice location near to many restaurants and a big shopping mall.

The lady at the reception desk is incredibly rude, insolent, and has a terrible customer service attitude. She uses the most subpar language, such as "Go to a hotel that suits you," and has zero communication with customers. It's a shame that so many unemployed people are being hired and employed. Besides the staff's fault, the management is just as at fault for employing such unprofessional people at the hotel as the employee. I hope you can rectify this mistake as soon as possible.
