2024 Ramazan Bayramı'nda ailecek 2 gece konakladık.Otel personeli son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve nazik.Otel,karşılıklı 2 binadan oluşuyor; yeni olan binada sadece odalar varken eski olanda spa-havuz-yemek vs ve tabii ki odalar mevcut.Biz eski olan binada kaldık.Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde,zengin çeşitli,taze ve lezzetliydi.Konum olarak da merkezi bir yerde olan otelde,odaların temizliği 5 üzerinden 4 puan alır.Asansörde kısa süreli bir arıza durumu da yaşandı,ama birkaç saat içinde düzeltildi.Havuz, 1.30cm derinliğinde kapalı, küçük ve yetersiz bir havuzdu,ayrıca ıslak alanda sauna-hamam-havuz karma kullanılan alanlar... hassasiyeti olan aileler sıkıntı yaşayabilirler.Biz genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık.

The hotel, the staff, the cleanliness, the welcome, everything was very good, but we woke up every day at 7 in the morning because of the noise of foreign guests coming with tours. Other than that, the hotel is nice.

It's a clean hotel, I was generally pleased with it, but if my room on the 1st floor was quieter, it wouldn't be any better :) The attention of the staff is also good 👍

Average beautiful

I wanted a prayer rug and they couldn't bring it for two days!
The reception says okay, but I guess they forget!!!
