Enjoyed our stay, in a comfortable and roomy two bed apartment. Very conveniently located for the National Arboretum, that was on our list to visit. The two speed bumps on the approach road were quite severe and resulted in some scrapping noises from under our car, even though we drove over them at the lowest possible speed. We experienced a couple of cleaning issues, which were reported.

Very nice hotel. It is also the training base of the British football team. There is even an indoor court next to the hotel that can change the temperature and humidity at any time. However, I didn’t see any stars during my stay, only the youth training.
The Boot Inn

Was very last minute, but had a really nice time. Room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, one of the best I have slept on!! Only negative was the noise of the saniflow loo, but didn’t deter from stay. Also had dinner in the restaurant, food was of a very high standard and staff were organised and competent. Every thing was clean and all staff wearing masks, felt very safe.

Stayed for one night with my Partner. Reception staff were welcoming on arrival. Room was lovely. Nicely decorated, immaculately cleaned and had all we required. Bed was comfortable. Had breakfast the next morning which again was superb. Buffet style but hot, tasty and plentiful. A brilliant stay and would stay again if need arose.

At check-in the reception staff member was more interested in watching football and I was told to wait they watched football!!!! I did not sleep well as the hotel has a loose rope on the flag pole, told in morning that being loose since lockdown. All night a loud metal tinging sound. The hotel has an amazing heritage and the room shares this heritage, I wish just the staff would book time off for football and did regular site checks every day. Lastly the reception is not 24/7.
