Lovely place, no air conditioning, not even a fan. Room was to hot had to try and sleep with a wet towel over me. Overall a nice place to stay.

A great location as its lovely walk into Bury. The lovely receptionist was fab on Saturday. A lovely open and airy downstairs space. We enjoyed dinner there Saturday evening. Our room was so warm and the beds and pillows were extremely hard so we didn’t sleep well. Also breakfast the next morning seemed great. Lots of food however we had to keep asking for plates, glasses, juice, water, etc. The guy working was kind to then get anything we asked for but it seemed obvious that there weren’t things out. We decided not to stay for the second night so that we could get a better night sleep at home.

Staff were excellent very helpful. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from. Bed was a small double. The full length mirror was too far from the dressing table so hairdryer would not reach to mirror. This was the only mirror in the room you need an extension lead as no plug near the mirror.

Booking in staff not helpful no info given to me when they finally finished talking about there private life and booked me in, the bathroom wasnt fully cleaned ,the breakfast was a farce waiting for each dish as it ran out , under staffed,and to top it all i wasnt given the room i paid extra for awaiting a reply from hotel and head office for a refund on my room option i will not be using this company again

Visited the Dragonfly for a morning breakfast meeting. Easy to find, easy to park. Breakfast great. Facilities perfect for a meeting and the coffee was good. Staff were available and really helpful. I would highly recommend the Dragonfly Hotel.
