The hotel is very clean and has a huge bathroom! We appreciated the comfortable linens. Only gripe was that the air-conditioning light was so bright and there was no way to switch it off - kind of annoying if you're a light sleeper like myself.
We actually booked the wrong location - there are a lot of hotels in this chain and can be confusing. This location is far from all the tourist areas but the bright side is that the area is quiet, away from the tourist crowds, opposite a lovely park and plenty of shops and food everywhere. Huge Lotte mart near the subway station and you get to the airport in 30mins by train.

I visited the hotel on business near Geumgok, and it was very clean and I had a great stay. There are bus and subway stops nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants!

This is a great hotel, conveniently located for me. If anyone is interested in a coastal getaway, check the directions in advance; the most popular beaches are far away, even by taxi. It's clean, and the room is simply huge compared to other hotels in Korea. A huge plus after a long day on my feet is the good-sized bathroom, really big for my height, a real treat. I asked for a higher floor, and they got it. The view of the park is very pleasant. Overall, it's very good.

The air conditioning was cool, the hot water came out well, the staff was friendly, and it was very clean. They even cleaned the room thoroughly, as I requested when I left!! I even used the styler.
