The room was in the 39th floor. We had an amazing view of HaeunDae beach. It is very close to the subway station and the food market. The room had everything you need. With laundry machine and dryer. The owner was very nice. Thank you for a great stay.

My friend and I came from the states and we needed a convenient accommodation to stay and we found this wide ocean view hotel near haeundae beach. Not just the location but also the manager who works there was very kind and gave the best service you can ever ask for. I couldn’t believe how kind he was that he made sure we know how to get there safely with all the details of the directions! He was amazing ! So we got there very safely and on time and I liked how the hotel is so close to everything including subway and beach. We all had a blast and I still thank him for all the kindness! I strongly recommend this place for anyone who would like to visit haeundae beach ! The manager will help you through everything to make sure you are comfortably staying there until the end of the trip ! Thank you !

The room is very clean and tidy, and the furniture is relatively new. The location is good, the sea view outside the window is clear at a glance, there are many small shops outside, and it takes ten minutes to walk to Haeundae Bathhouse. The children are very happy to play with the small billiards they like. There is enough drinking water, hot water, and dry towels. It is quiet at night, the quilt is clean, and there is a big bed and two small beds just right for our family of four. The washing machine and dryer are both Samsung brands, relatively new and easy to use. The landlord is very polite. The whole communication is translated in real time using mobile phone software. If you don't understand, just tell us directly through the software. When paying, he didn't have change, so he went out to exchange change for us. The whole stay was comfortable and smooth. 👍👍👍

The hotel is very close to Haeundae Beach. Across the street is the subway exit. There is an underground parking lot. It is very convenient to take the subway or drive there. It is very convenient to eat and shop around. The high-rise building I live in has a good view, but the facilities are a bit lacking. It's 1980s, and the button on the smart toilet where I live is malfunctioning.

The location was very convenient, close to the subway, bus stops, nearby shops, and the sea. Even if I tell them the hotel name, the taxi driver doesn't know. It's like airbnb, but there's no dedicated reception desk. I had booked a room with 1 double and 3 singles, but in reality there was 1 double, 1 single, 1 sub-single, and something like a mattress propped up. We stayed for 2 nights with 4 adults, but there was only 2 toilet paper. It's not enough. At first glance, the room looked clean, but sometimes there was hair from previous users, sticky floors, and dirt from the toilet, so I had to clean it myself. There were enough towels. Up to this point, it was within an acceptable range. However, even though I promised to leave my luggage after checking out, the hotel did not arrive at the appointed time. I can't contact them via chat, there's no explanation as to why they didn't come, and there's no apology. It was ruined because I had booked an activity that was non-rescheduled and non-refundable. I wonder if it's a difference in personal values.

It was a family trip and I had a good rest in a good environment. The location is perfect as it is directly connected to Haeundae Station and close to the beach. The residence infrastructure is so well prepared. (Washer and dryer are good~) I think it would be nice to stay long term. I was very satisfied because everything I needed was prepared in advance and parking was free.
