I had an excellent stay at the L7 Lotte Hotel in Busan and would like to share how satisfied I was with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and efficient. Every staff member I encountered was polite and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming.
The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and a comfortable atmosphere. The location is also perfect—convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining, making it easy to explore Busan without any hassle.
One of the highlights was the overall environment of the hotel. It feels stylish yet cozy, and the facilities are well-maintained. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant.
I am extremely satisfied with my stay at L7 Lotte Busan. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Had a pleasant stay with plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a beautiful view of Haeundae Beach. The staff were kind enough to prepare a hamper for my mother in celebration of her birthday.

Pretty good location. Hotel is about 10mins walk to the train station. Nearby have many shops to visit and is just 1-2mins walk to the beach.

The hotel is pretty new and clean. Connivence store located just downstairs and the beach side is within walking distance, strongly recommend for your stay at Haeundae.
