Our family absolutely loved staying here! The location is idea, —close to many popular attractions yet more affordable than places in Haeundae or Gwangalli. We stayed in the Family Premier room, and the view was simply breathtaking. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and there are plenty of nearby spots to explore, especially the cable car, convenience stores, and great local restaurants.

The room was clean and tidy which is the highest priority for me, they had many kitchenware, glasses etc. the view and balcony was the best of our whole stay! Enjoyed our stay so much and would come back! Only negative thing was that one out of two elevators were broken and not fixed while we were staying there, so it became a lot of waiting and the elevator was full most of the time having to wait even longer so they could get service quicker since there is quite many residents

This place is good to stay with all new furnitures and equipments. For luggage storage, understand that CCTV is installed but I hope they can consider to give a luggage tag for guests, to avoid mis-taken or luggage stolen from others. To be honest, I didn’t feel comfortable to kept my luggage there.
Then, I appreciated that the service agent is very responsive in trip app’s message box. Thank you
