NEWCZ NAMPO HOTEL

We stayed in the Deluxe Double room (with terrace and loft). The high ceilings, abundant natural light, and in-room amenities like the LG Styler and washing machine were absolutely fantastic. However, since the appliance instructions were all in Korean, I had to search Google to figure out how to use them. It would be great if there were Japanese manuals available. I'd read reviews saying there was shampoo but no conditioner, but to my pleasant surprise, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all provided. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and even though there wasn't a bathtub, the shower booth was very convenient to use. The room was immaculately clean, and I especially loved having a closet to store my suitcase. The front desk staff spoke Japanese and were very friendly, which was reassuring. The location was also superb. I definitely want to stay at Newcz Nampo again on my next trip to Busan. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality this time.

We stayed as a family. The room was very spacious with a kitchen, a large fridge, and a microwave. The view from the room was also fantastic. We only stayed for two nights, but I wish we could have stayed longer. It was also conveniently located close to the station.

The room is in a great location, right above a lively commercial street with convenience stores. The subway station is just a two-minute walk away. The room itself is well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any noise from the street below. The garment sterilizer was also very practical. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

City View Loft Triple Room The location is super convenient, right downstairs from Biff Square. Jagalchi Market, Pig's Trotter Alley, Gukje Market, and Jagalchi Station are all nearby, reachable within a 3-10 minute walk. The amenities are comprehensive, though the bathroom is a bit small. The mirror is inconvenient for multiple people getting ready at once; most other hotels or guesthouses with this room type usually have an additional mirror for grooming. The balcony was a bit dirty. Also, with the market right downstairs, there was a lot of noise at night from drinking and traffic. Those who are sensitive to noise or prioritize sleep should take this into consideration. The loft ceiling is a bit low, making it unsuitable for taller individuals. The walkway between the ladder and the bed is too narrow, making it more suitable for slimmer people.

They provide mugs and various types of glasses (soju glasses, wine glasses). The location is excellent, and I loved being able to feel the breeze on the balcony. The hotel staff were friendly, and the room had a fantastic electronic wardrobe that I highly recommend trying out. After having Korean BBQ, using it made my clothes smell fresh again. I accidentally left a half-empty bottle of Korean soju in the fridge when checking out. I contacted Trip.com customer service for help, and surprisingly, the hotel gave me a brand new bottle of the same brand of soju. I was incredibly touched and thankful for the assistance from the Trip.com customer service team and the hotel staff's thoughtful and hospitable arrangement.

The hotel is conveniently located between two subway stations, making transportation a breeze. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and you can find food even late at night! The room facilities are new and clean. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. Housekeeping is available every three nights, but it would be even better if the cleaning was a bit more thorough.

The front desk is on the 3rd floor. The hotel is clean, and I especially loved the electronic closet in the wardrobe room. The location is excellent, very close to Olive Young, Wonjo Tteokbokki, and Lotte Mart. Nampo Seolleongtang is open 24 hours, a great choice for a late-night snack. Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street also has many big brands, making it great for shopping!

This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, very close to Jagalchi Station on Subway Line 1. The surrounding area has everything you could need, from restaurants and Daiso to general stores and convenience stores. The hotel entrance is on the north side, and the lobby is located on the 3rd floor. Since there are three hotels housed within the building, you'll see three separate reception desks lined up. I was upgraded to an ocean-view room, which was very spacious and comfortable. However, there was some hair left in the bath, and unfortunately, you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. While I understand this might be common in some places, it was surprisingly stressful. On the positive side, the room had a washing machine (though I didn't use it) and a counter kitchen, which made it very comfortable to enjoy takeout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
