Busan Haeundae Residence is overall very new, with spacious rooms and a convenient location. The bathroom is large and comes equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The room features a large wardrobe, and disposable slippers are replaced daily. Minor drawback: The TV is positioned in a way that you can only watch it while lying in bed, which is a bit inconvenient. Check-in is on the 3rd floor, the front desk staff are Korean, and room keys are only available from 3 PM. You need to proactively inform the front desk if you want daily housekeeping. Many Korean families stay at this hotel. Great location—step right outside to the pedestrian street, Olive Young, and Haeundae Beach. Surrounding options include 60 Chicken, the popular Working Holiday breakfast spot, BHC Chicken, pork soup with rice, and a street food alley. You can walk to Mipo Station to take the Haeundae Blueline Park capsule trains. There is a 7-Eleven and a coffee shop downstairs, making it very convenient to grab breakfast. I would consider staying here again for future family trips.

The hotel has a prime location, close to Haeundae Beach and the food street. The suite is very spacious overall, and the kitchen, living room, and balcony all exceeded expectations. However, one of the bedrooms is extremely small—once a double bed, a floor lamp, and a wardrobe are placed inside, it's completely full. This room also lacked proper curtains, with only the white sheer curtains from the balcony. As a result, we were woken up early by the bright sunlight. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told that all two-bedroom units are designed this way, and only one specific type of suite has curtains. Afterward, the hotel provided sleeping masks to resolve the issue.

This new apartment hotel, opened in 2026, is definitely worth a try! **Location:** It's right in the heart of Haeundae Walking Street. The building is brand new and can be considered one of the landmarks. It's a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Subway Station and a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Beach. Haeundae Walking Street is right downstairs. **Room:** We chose the two-bedroom ocean view suite this time, and there's only one per floor. The suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for family travel. The toiletries in the bathrooms are very high-end. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be brought by guests. The washing machine, kitchen, and microwave are not available for use, and no knives, forks, bowls, or chopsticks are provided; these are only for long-term stays. **Facilities:** This time, I only visited the hotel reception on the third floor, and the lobby is very spacious. On the ground floor of the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store and a popular cafe and bakery. **Cons:** As a new hotel, there's still a noticeable new-hotel smell, so those sensitive to smells should consider this. **Service:** As an apartment hotel, daily cleaning is not provided. If cleaning is required, advance notice is needed. **In summary,** if your budget allows, definitely go for an ocean-view room. Even if you're on a tighter budget, this place is still highly recommended.

We stayed at this brand new serviced apartment with 2 adults and 2 children. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, and a living room. The large wrap-around balcony offered amazing sunset views. If you're sensitive to light, bring your own eye mask, or the front desk can provide one. One of the guest rooms only has sheer curtains, not blackout ones. The hotel is quite new, so if you're taking a taxi and can't read Korean, you can just search for "Obanjang Samgyeopsal" in Haeundae, Busan. The hotel building is right next to it. It's located just 30 meters after turning left at the second intersection on the main road of Haeundae Beach. It's a very convenient 3-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended!
