The sea view room had a pretty good view, but the facilities were just so-so. I don't even know how to describe the chairs – the faux leather was peeling off. The room wasn't very big either, a far cry from a 4-star hotel. To be fair, though, the location is excellent and couldn't be better.

The room is very close to the beach, and the Qingpu train station for the sightseeing train is also nearby. There are many options for food and shopping on both the east and west sides. The food is definitely good, especially near the sightseeing train station.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Haeundae Beach. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and there's a small balcony with a sea view.

This hotel in Busan offers great value for money, but unfortunately, there were bugs in the room. I immediately informed the front desk, and they promptly moved us to another room, which was good. Overall, it's more of a budget-friendly hotel. The location is quite good, just a short walk to Haeundae Beach. All in all, it was decent and met expectations.

The hotel room balcony offers a view of the beach. Downstairs, there's a commercial street and food street, making shopping and dining very convenient.

The hotel's location is superb, right on Busan's Haeundae Walking Street. You can spot the tall building as soon as you exit subway station exit 5. We booked a partial ocean view room, and we could see the sea from the balcony. Downstairs is the lively Haeundae Market, and in the afternoon and evening, there are often street performers which can be a bit noisy. However, it doesn't affect sleep at night. Highly recommended!

An absolutely terrible stay that left us with a bad impression of the entire city of Busan. Room Amenities: The room was tiny. The air conditioning made a constant dripping noise at night, the fridge didn't cool at all, the lighting was dim, there was no make-up mirror, and not even a suitable place to do make-up. Location: We booked a deluxe ocean view room, but could only see a tiny sliver of the ocean from the room. This felt like a deception to guests. (See image 3) Service: The service was even worse! On the morning of August 1st, after checking out, we asked a male staff member at the front desk about nearby restaurants. He told us to 'wait a minute.' We waited patiently, but then he simply started attending to the next guest, leaving us standing there. It was incredibly rude. We tried asking another staff member and received the same terrible attitude. This hotel is incredibly impolite and has very poor service. I wonder if the staff had a bad day, or perhaps they just don't need Chinese guests to make a profit. This was my worst experience in Korea! I will never come back. It ruined our mood for the return journey. Elevator Usage: The elevators were inconvenient and chaotic, with several hotels sharing one building. We were on the 18th floor, and waiting for an elevator to go down took a very long time, especially on the morning of our checkout. Guests on lower floors also waited for ages without an elevator arriving. Absolutely, utterly, horrendously awful!!!

There was a male front desk staff member with very long bangs that kept getting in his eyes; he really needs a haircut. He was constantly shaking his head to get his hair out of the way, which I found distracting. The room was extremely tiny, and the 'sea view' meant you could only see the ocean from a great distance. Overall, I don't recommend this place; it's very poor value for money.
