Guests are informed upon check-in that our housekeeping staff cleans rooms upon request for extended stays. This procedure was implemented to respect guests' privacy and prevent disturbances. This information is communicated upfront to all long-term guests, ensuring clarity and adherence to our standard procedures.Regarding amenities such as bottled water, please understand that due to recent amendments to South Korea's resource conservation and recycling promotion laws effective March 29, 2024, hotels are prohibited from providing complimentary bottled water and single-use amenities.
