Signiel Busan

Excellent location! The beach and the Haepodong Monorail Station are right downstairs. X the Sky Busan, the city's highest point, is in the building next door, making it super convenient for both sea and sky adventures. It's truly the best choice in Haeundae.

The room was quite spacious and offered a great sea view. Breakfast was rich and diverse, with plenty of options. The hotel is right next to Haeundae Beach, and it's super convenient to walk to Weipo Station for the Capsule Train.

The room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices! The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area. The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!

I specifically chose this hotel for the BTS concert because of its excellent location. From my room, I could even see the capsule train, and the ocean view from the sea-facing room was truly unique. The front desk and concierge staff were very welcoming and even helped us arrange a taxi. They also offer 24-hour room service, which was a lifesaver when I got back to the hotel late at night after the concert, tired and hungry – and the food was delicious! While the executive lounge didn't have a huge selection of food, it was perfect for a quick rest. If only the breakfast had more variety, it would have been absolutely perfect. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Busan.

Great location! The facilities are new. Although the price isn't low, the breakfast is fantastic! The Club Lounge experience was also really good. Loved the truffle-flavored chips and cheese they offered! The hotel service is very considerate!

Facilities: Pretty good, I experienced the extra bed this time and surprisingly, it was quite comfortable. Hygiene: Okay, didn't find any dirty spots. Environment: Very good, right by the sea, which is very convenient. Service: Alright, I didn't encounter any discriminatory treatment.

Honestly, it was pretty average overall, quite a step down from what I'd expect from a six-star hotel. The hotel itself isn't new anymore, and the room maintenance was just so-so. The room was also quite small, and the faucet was just incredibly impractical—honestly, the most difficult faucet I've ever used. The service was standard, and communicating in English was no problem at all.
