I had a very satisfying trip! The room, though not large, was very cozy. My child's bed looked like a small boat, and there were power outlets on the nightstand that didn't require an adapter, which was a huge plus. The mini-bar was also complimentary.

The hotel was nothing short of a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, my kids were reluctant to leave, iand by the end of our stay, they were begging to stay longer! The location is perfect, making it incredibly convenient to explore the beautiful surrounding sights.
One of the highlights of our stay was the attentive and welcoming staff. Their hospitality truly stood out, and I must mention they were quite easy on the eyes too! The outdoor pool area was simply dreamy, and the hotel also boasts three indoor pools complete with jacuzzis, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and fun.
Safety is always a priority, especially when traveling with children, and this hotel excelled in that regard. The presence of diligent and friendly lifeguards gave us peace of mind, allowing our kids to swim independently without any worry.
In all honesty, there wasn't a single aspect of the hotel we could find fault with. It provided us with everything we could hope for in a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This is my first trip to Busan and we have a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and spacious. All staffs speak English and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Sure to return

Absolutely fantastic! The room view was incredible, breathtaking even in winter – I could just lie in bed and enjoy it. There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, both with heated water. But here's the best part! Every day, my favorite moment was returning to the hotel and seeing a tall, handsome guy, straight out of a Korean drama, standing in the lobby to greet guests 😍. I'd always find an excuse to chat with him, like asking for local restaurant recommendations. I originally booked two nights and ended up extending for another one, haha!

best location - super close to Haeundae beach, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. good view to both the city and the sea.
the design is elegant, the staff is nice and professional, the Aria restaurant offers great lunch buffet.
i had a great time here at Grand Josun Busan!

Highly, highly recommended five-star family-friendly hotel, everything exceeded our expectations!
1. The location is excellent. You can take an airport limousine bus directly or the subway. Haeundae Beach is right outside the door, so you can play on the beach in the morning, take a walk in the evening, and then head straight back to the hotel to rest when you're tired – it's incredibly convenient! However, transportation in Busan isn't always the easiest, so we mostly took taxis when going out.
2. The hotel provides free washing machines and dryers, and the service was superb. We received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view family suite, which featured a slide in the room, two bathrooms, and free access to the sauna and executive lounge.
In short, it's absolutely fantastic. Besides being a bit pricey, there are no downsides. If we get the chance to visit Busan again, we'll definitely stay here!
