Everything is good

Location very good. Across the road is the jalgachi market Nearby convenient store Steps away from biff street Daiso just around the corner Walk to train station through underground shopping centre very convenient

Surrounding by cafes and restaurants Close to nampo dong shopping street Opposite the jalgalchi fish market The cafe downstairs is very nice delicious and cheap (20% discount) The rooftop has a very good view it's nice to chilling at night on the rooftop From the room can see busan tower Got automatic bidet The room size is not so big but it's not too small

size a little bit compact but still acceptable since location was so perfect, able to walk to BIFF within 5min and downstair have nice cafe for breakfast

All are good except for thr lack of hangers and hanging knobs in the room to hang our winter jackets and our wet towels. There’re 2 of us but we are only provided 4 hangers. There’s no wardrobe nor cabinets for you to hang / plc your clothing/ towels except the 4 hangers. I find it weird not to have knobs in the bathroom for hanging towels/ clothing. Mb the hotel management can look into it. Otherwise, I rate 5 stars for service and cleanliness. Location not too bad. There’s a 24 hrs convenient shops opp besides the hotel and tge street food are just right in front of the hotel.

Good time

The location was good, it was clean, and it was a wonderful trip. The front desk staff spoke Japanese, so it was reassuring to travel with children. We had some minor issues, but the staff responded quickly enough that we didn't mind, and we had a comfortable stay. We'll definitely use this hotel again when we go to Busan!! The view from the rooftop was amazing!!

The hotel is in a good location, near the subway station, the waiter was polite, but there was no chair in the room but there was a table. When asking the waiter to get a chair, he said there was no chair in the room. It was strange. I had to sit on the bed to handle things convenient.

The location was good, the rooms and the shared bathrooms were clean and comfortable. There were also staff who could speak Japanese, which was reassuring.

The geographical environment is really great. I stayed for two days and it was right in the busy area. The room was quiet and not noisy. The top floor was unparalleledly beautiful. The sofa in the public space was great. I didn’t realize the bagels downstairs were so delicious the next day. I regretted not buying more. The coffee is delicious. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

There are food stalls right in front of the hotel, and shops are nearby, so it's convenient for shopping and eating. This time, I chose this hotel because I was traveling alone and didn't have to walk in quiet areas. It was a lively area with many tourists even late at night, so I didn't feel lonely, which was a good choice. I had an early morning flight back, but the front desk booked a taxi for me in advance, which was helpful! I arrived at the airport at 5am on Sunday in about 30 minutes (for reference). The only bad thing was that the soundproofing was not as good as I expected. I could hear the voices and sounds in the hallway very well, and I often heard young people's loud voices, so I put on some music on my headphones for the first time and slept well lol. It was cold in the mornings and evenings, so I didn't use it much, but the view from the rooftop was great! The window in the room was small, but it was nice to be able to see Seoul Tower. Also, it was easy to get to Finnyeoul Culture Village from the nearby Nampo-dong bus stop from the hotel.

The front desk is on the 7th floor. You can relax in the common area. You can eat what you've bought. You can also get hot coffee in the coffee maker. This was my third night staying in Busan after moving from Seomyeon, so I arrived earlier than check-in time, but I was told that the room had already been cleaned, so I was able to check in. The room is small, but it has a washlet toilet and a shower. Amenities are also provided. From the 8th floor, you can see Busan Tower in its entirety, and the night view is beautiful.

The hotel was very clean, and the interior design of the free space next to the front desk on the 7th floor, the rooftop, the workspace on the 3rd floor, and the interior design of the guest rooms was also great. On the rooftop, I was able to relax while looking at Busan Tower and the cityscape up close, and although it was a short stay, I had a great time. Thank you very much for your kind guidance and careful taxi arrangement at the front desk. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Busan.
