Wonderful experience staying at the Causeway hotel and partake in the complimentary walking tour at the Giant's causeway for all hotel guests. Highly recommended. The rooms with balcony are to die for.
Dinner and breakfast were awesome!
Really nothing to complain about.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Floors were a little creaky but that only added to the ambiance. Food was good but not great.

Nice quaint hotel, good food, great service and right next to the GC visitor centre, with the added bonus of free admission! What’s not to like? Only the lack of a lift (if you’re of limited mobility), but some ground floor rooms are available.

We decided to stay here as it allows for the most convenient access to the Giant's Causeway. It's a National Trust property with spacious rooms and long corridors! The staff are all very helpful and accommodating; we had heavy cases which were brought and from the room. As residents, we were able to travel to and from the Giants Causeway for no charge; neither did we pay for parking.

Called in today for some food with a group of friends as visitor centre restaurant is closed for refurbishment. Waiter came over to take our order it was early afternoon we thought bowl of soup etc would be fine requested soup of the day..informed soup is only served in the evening and is unavailable.. maybe a sandwich then?.. unavailable!! What sort of 'hotel' hasn't got soup or sandwiches for lunch!! Was expecting Basil and Manuel to come around the corner.. stay well clear!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful, friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. The location is perfect and you get free access to the causeway visitor centre when staying at the hotel.
