GGuest UserThe butler service was exceptional! They contacted me a day in advance to confirm my itinerary and arranged airport pickup, which was a huge relief. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage, asked if we wanted afternoon tea, turned on the AC in our room beforehand, and confirmed breakfast for the next day. They were basically on hand to answer any questions. The food at the guesthouse was also delicious, especially the fresh local chicken soup. The next day, after returning from the snowy mountains, I experienced some mild altitude sickness, and they thoughtfully provided glucose, an oxygen tank, and brown sugar water. They even went to Baisha Ancient Town to buy medicine for us when deliveries couldn't reach us. Overall, the service was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. The environment is also fantastic, with views of the snowy mountains, and there are even adorable little lambs and ponies that are very friendly and super cute to pet. I'll definitely be back!

Ccaolei95588This was my second stay here, about a year and a half after my first visit. The hotel has undergone significant upgrades, which shows their dedication. I was even given a complimentary room upgrade this time, which I really appreciate. The meals and afternoon tea exceeded my expectations, and they thoughtfully stored them in the fridge to keep them fresh – truly exceptional and great value for money. The room's view was absolutely stunning; I could lie in bed and enjoy the 'Golden Mountain' sunrise.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse impressed me with its thoughtfulness even before my arrival. The staff called ahead to confirm my check-in time and provided helpful information about the most convenient drop-off point. Because of the cobblestone paths in the ancient town, which make pulling luggage difficult, the guesthouse even arranged for a tricycle pick-up and drop-off. I was even luckier to receive a room upgrade, offering direct views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the window. The guesthouse facilities were also comprehensive and comfortable, featuring a bathtub, a large TV, a heated toilet, and more. On top of that, they provided breakfast, pour-over coffee, snacks, and even a late-night supper. The rice noodle soup was absolutely delicious! The pour-over coffee bar is also highly recommended! I've already recommended this place to so many friends 🤣🤣 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Lijiang!

GGuest UserWilderness Inn Dano was the third hotel we stayed at on this trip, and it was definitely the best experience so far. The facilities are smart and modern, with voice control for everything in the room, making it super easy and convenient. The environment is elegant, backed by the stunning Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The owner has a forward-thinking vision; not only is it a comfortable stay, but the backyard garden is also a perfect spot for photos! From proactively contacting us before check-in to promptly responding to all service requests in our dedicated WeChat group and handling them instantly, the service was impeccable. Highly recommend and will definitely tell my friends about it! 👍👍

YYouguainixianshangWe brought our child to Lijiang, and it happened to be raining. I was worried that eating out and taking care of the little one would be exhausting. But I never expected that staying at the Deting Dianchali Tea Culture Hotel would turn our trip into a 'lie-flat' experience – absolutely amazing!
First, I have to praise the hotel's service; it was incredibly thoughtful throughout. When we checked in, the front desk lady was super friendly. Seeing we had a child, she proactively arranged a quiet room for us and patiently reminded us of the meal times and locations for all three meals. The attention to detail was exceptional!
The room also exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, not a speck of dust, and the bedding was so soft and cozy. Our little one didn't want to get out of bed once they lay down. The room facilities were also comprehensive, with stable air conditioning and hot water, and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, so no worries about hygiene at all.
The biggest surprise was the hotel's food! Breakfast, lunch, and even late-night snacks were all perfectly arranged. We didn't have to go out to find food, which was a huge relief when traveling with a child. The breakfast had a wide variety, and lunch and late-night snacks were also not at all perfunctory. Our family of three ate to our heart's content, and even our child praised, 'The hotel's food is yummy!'
The hotel's location is also very convenient, and the overall environment is very comfortable. We could leisurely enjoy ourselves within the hotel with our child, without having to rush to attractions or stick to a tight schedule. Checking out was also smooth, and the staff remained incredibly friendly throughout. The entire experience was superb. It's truly rare to find such a hassle-free hotel when traveling with a child. I've already saved this place; next time we come to Lijiang, we're definitely staying here again!

SShifufuThis is our fourth year traveling with Fufu, and I've finally found a hotel where both parents and kids can relax without conflict. For parents, 'relax' is such a luxury, as children are always full of curiosity and energy. The moment the hotel butler sent me the activity schedule, I knew I'd chosen the right place. There are so many activities for kids! Horse riding, boating, fruit picking, fabric printing, archery – Fufu had a blast and burned off all that energy. This allowed me to truly unwind and relax. And who would've thought a dog would steal the show at the evening bonfire? Away from the noisy attractions, we quietly enjoyed the unique beauty of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
I've been to Lijiang many times, but this is the first time I've truly felt the wild charm of living amidst nature.
As far as the eye can see, there are snow-capped mountains, lakes, forests, and pastures. You can go boating, horse riding, archery, and do handicrafts. In the evening, under the starry sky, we learned to make butter tea by the fireplace... This is what a vacation should be.
Taohuawu Ranch is far from the bustling tourist spots and still a bit of a mountain drive from the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tourist center. We stayed in a lakeside stargazing cabin, where the first floor was even a stable! After dropping off our luggage, we eagerly went to watch the staff train horses. Riding freely across a ranch like this, even the wind feels liberating. The cliffside cafe is even more beautiful, offering panoramic views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. We came early in the morning to see the 'golden mountain' sunrise – and I was lucky enough to witness it (the butler provides weather updates in advance).
I used to think 'chasing mountains and seas' was a distant concept. Now I realize that with the right place, mountains, seas, and even miracles can become an everyday sight outside your window. This unique morning ritual is the most luxurious gift this place can offer you.
I really must say: all the staff provided excellent service, and the food in the restaurant was delicious too! 👍

What truly made our experience special was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were so kind and helpful, and even drop us off at the train station, which made our travel so much smoother. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service!
The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, Muslim-friendly, and heartwarming stay.

The room was clean and well equipped, there's a beautiful roof guests can use, with great views of the snowy mountains. The laundry room is clean and smells good. The room is functional and cozy. GGuest UserThis is a pretty good hotel. Even though it's a bit older, the stay was pleasant. Initially, I booked a guesthouse, but when I arrived in the morning, there was no front desk – just a computer desk in the courtyard with no one around. After waiting for a long time, a lady from outside came in and showed us the room. There was no air conditioning, and it got quite cold at night. Turns out the owner had gone to work, no wonder it was empty. So, if you want to stay somewhere close to the high-speed train station, this hotel is a good choice.
