"As visitors we found it difficult to locate where to park our car because it is not clearly marked nor mentioned on the website. Lots of construction so streets cut off. No bottles of water in our rooms. No refrigerator. Parking cost 24€ even for quests who paid for 2 rooms! Some employees smile while they are serving you and others behave begrudgingly and have a frown on their face. Very regimented."

"A standard hotel with a central location at Berliner Tor. Currently, there's a major construction site in front of the door, making it very noisy even in the morning if you want to open the window. The windows are too well insulated. Despite a longer stay, I unfortunately had a room directly adjacent to the construction site. Everything was clean. The advertised water-saving meter unfortunately didn't work. The first room assigned to me wasn't ready."

AAnonymous UserThe hotel location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the Hamburg Airport departure level. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was charged an extra 25 euros for early check-in (2 hours prior). The front desk staff accidentally charged me for the room twice, but after Ctrip intervened, the duplicate charge was refunded a few days later. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

SsvpenalA fantastic experience! The supermarket and laundromat are within walking distance, and the breakfast service was excellent. Breakfast included my favorite German and European pickles, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, crispy fried bacon, various honeys, a wide selection of breads, four types of yogurt, and a variety of fruits to add to the yogurt, as well as fresh fruit. There were also many unique juice options, and iced and sparkling water choices. A quick greeting from the staff allows you to bring your own coffee or hot tea to the smoking area outside (but remember to return empty cups to the restaurant).

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is very similar to a Japanese business hotel and was incredibly practical. It's just about walkable from the central station, and since the path is mostly flat, it was fine even with a large suitcase. There's also a supermarket about a 5-minute walk away.
On the first floor, you can enjoy unlimited coffee, cappuccino, and hot chocolate from a machine. Tea bags for black tea and green tea are also available. Plus, there's a very convenient self-service section with snacks, sandwiches, and instant cup noodles.

GGuest UserOur apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The expected amenities (washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, towel rack etc.) were all functional; reception was kind enough to provide additional detergent.

AAnonymous UserThis was our second time staying at the Reichshof in Hamburg, as we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit. I booked the hotel through Trip.com again in March. Great price, smooth process. Just like last time.
The hotel is right by the main train station, making public transport perfectly accessible. The Reichshof itself is an imposing building, impressive from the moment you step into the lobby. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are very well-equipped. And the breakfast – for a 4-star hotel – is absolutely fantastic!
We will definitely check in there again and can recommend it 100 percent!

TTilo BormannThis was our second time at the Intercity Hotel, because of the great price and super convenient location directly opposite the main train station with S/U-Bahn and bus lines 👍🏼.
The breakfast room is a bit dated, but the staff were friendly and the breakfast was reasonably varied.
Unfortunately, as in every hotel, the bathroom lighting was a disaster and the bathroom itself was very small. And of course, the parking fees of €25 per day… which seems to be the norm in all hotels now.

SSzeto Chun PangI have stayed in Intercity hotels in many place in Germany. Their locations are super, which are quite near to the train station. This time the one in Hamburg Bambek is also up to my satisfaction. Good location again and the room is spacious and well equipped including a kettle. The receptionist is very friendly and polite. I am certainly that I will choose their hotels in my next visit.

TTravelling explorerThe holiday Inn ticked all the boxes so I kept coming back for more by rebooking day after day with added discounts on trip.com. A Good night sleep in a comfy double bed after a late night sauna on 7th floor after a day of exploring the tourist attractions of Hamburg thanks to the convenient train station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Friendly staff and a tasty all you can eat, breakfast buffet sets you up for a day of exploring Hamburg Harbour and other tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserNo issues with the hotel itself and the service (both are excellent), the only downside is the location. Nothing particularly interesting in the surrounding area and the construction made it tedious to get to but on the plus size, the train is a quick 10 minute walk away.
