"The hotel is great, right in the city center with plenty of food options nearby, including many Chinese restaurants, and convenient transportation. Let me point out a few areas for improvement: 1. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary water. 2. This is crucial for those driving: finding the parking entrance is really difficult. After you pass the red, yellow, and green lights, you immediately need to pull over to the right. The problem is, that's a bus lane! Plus, the entrance is right by a bus stop, and you have to make an immediate right turn into it. Lastly, the road into the parking lot is incredibly challenging to navigate without serious driving skills – it's harder than a driving test! It's super narrow and involves turns; you could easily scratch your car. 😂"

AAnonymous UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. Amazing location, the receptionists and conceirge were all kind and very helpful. The only issue was it got warm during the day in our room due the direction of the sun and we could not lower the thermostat to cool it down. Other than that, we had a good time and would stay here again.

ZZiYinTANThe reception staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which made our stay feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We also truly loved the rooms—they were beautiful, well-maintained, and added a lot to the overall experience. The team was generally very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
However, there was one small disappointment. I had requested a birthday arrangement for my husband on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I completely understand that such requests are not always guaranteed, but it would have been appreciated to at least receive a reply or update.
Overall, we had a lovely stay, and with a bit more communication on special requests, the experience could have been perfect.

AAtidSlightly over rated but good hotel. Cleanliness, decoration room lightings are 4 star or even better. Big room, big bathroom and garden view was awesome. Breakfast was fabulous. Delicious, tasty and healthy food. Receiption staffs are not very professional probably need training. Guest are not feeling comfortable in the reception area. Lift is narrow for a four star hotel. Kitchen staffs lack of English communication skills cannot match a 4 star. Bed, bed sheets, towels are very good quality. Room and bathroom fittings, Decoration, lights are classy. A good quality iron and iron board was provided as fixed room amenities. Water bottles or drinking water was not provided in the room. That should disqualify 4 star rating.

GGuest UserIt's a pretty good hotel, especially if you're traveling by car. It's conveniently located close to the airport, and the city center is only about a 10-minute drive away.
The rooms are quite spacious and look clean.
Breakfast was quite hearty, with options like hash browns and pancakes, and everything tasted good.
It's worth noting that all the elevators in this hotel are panoramic elevators, so those with a fear of heights should be aware.

As it was my first trip to Spain, choosing this hotel was a very wise decision. The breakfast selection was extensive, making it a great option for business travelers.

GGuest UserMy stay at Acta Voraport was great. They upgraded us to a better room (I think with a city view) which was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. The toilet came with your usual amenities and they also have 24/7 staff you can call for assistance. For the price I think this hotel was good value. I especially liked the roof terrace with sweeping views over Barcelona and pool although I didnt get to swim. No comments on the food since I didn't opt for the breakfast.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 6-8 minute walk from Fira metro station, and a quick 20-30 minute metro ride into central Barcelona, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors, so the stay should have been very comfortable. However, what's baffling and frustrating is that despite booking a three-night stay, we were only provided with two bottles of water on the first day. When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that these two bottles were our entire allocation for the three nights, and any additional water would need to be purchased from the vending machine at the front desk. This extreme cost-cutting measure feels incredibly petty and is a stark contrast to the hotel's otherwise high-quality facilities, which is truly disappointing.

CChoon YinWe stayed in Eurohotel (not this branch) in Barcelona 10 over years ago and had a lovely experience with the hotel except it was a bit far from town. It is a bit disappointed with the rooms and facilities for this round. Location wise is perfect if using bus as many buses passes by the nearest bus stop which is 3 min walk from hotel and most of them will be stopping at Plaza Espanya otherwise can catch the metro which is 2 bus stop away. No restaurant nearby hotel but many to choose from at the Europa ¦ Fira metro station, 2 bus stop away. There isn't kettle & tea /coffee facility in the room; shower finishing was quite poor as well. Staff are friendly. we even requested the shower gel in the small bottle despite what were being supplied in the room which we are not comfortable with the smell, it smell like hair perming solution.

GGuest UserBeing a solo female traveller, I was worried on the location as it was a little bit out of the main tourist spots however, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Right from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and that set the tone for my entire stay. Every single person I encountered was lovely. It’s also not as busy as the city centre and I felt safe walking around at night. The train station was literally steps from the hotel which massively helped. And to top it off, cleanliness was 10/10.
