"I was very satisfied with the hotel room overall — it was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very kind. The hotel also provides a microwave, which is convenient for heating food. Towels can be replaced daily, and they are placed in front of the room door. However, only one hand towel and one bath towel are provided each day. I would like to make one small suggestion: there are no signs or instructions in Chinese. Currently, the hotel provides information in Japanese, English, and Korean, but not in Chinese, which can be a bit inconvenient for Chinese guests. If Chinese translations could be added, it would make the stay even more comfortable for many visitors."

"This hotel boasts a fantastic location. There's a subway station right outside the entrance with a direct line to the airport, and it's only three stops to Hakata. Tenjin shopping district is just a ten-minute walk away, making it a quiet oasis in a bustling area. Maizuru Park and Fukuoka Art Museum are also within easy walking distance. If you walk a bit further to the right, there's a large lotus pond that's beautiful in the summer. It's also super convenient for visiting the Yatai (food stalls) in Tenjin at night. Across the street, there's a big supermarket with an amazing selection of bento boxes, plus a 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby that I visited every night. The hotel itself feels new and impressive, with a spacious lobby on the second floor. The rooms are cozy and tastefully decorated, though a bit on the small side, which is typical for Japanese hotels – it was hard to fully open two suitcases. However, the bathroom was surprisingly large, a rare find in urban Japan. They even provide DHC toiletries. Hotels in Fukuoka can get quite expensive on weekends, but this one still offers great value for money. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel has three types of rooms/cabins: regular pods, private cabins and premium private cabins. For the pods, there is a separate locker room to stash your belongings in; private cabins have their locker inside, as well as a table and a chair. The hotel was clean and nice, you get towels upon check-in, and towel tickets for every day of your stay in case you need a change. Toiletries and room cleaning are on-demand. You cannot use toilets or showers from 11 AM to 3 PM due to cleaning, but otherwise you can freely use the lounge with the microwave, manga and hot water, and your own cabin/pod."

"It's close to restaurants and convenience stores, but the toiletries are a little far. Tenjin Minami Station is inconvenient to use. After checking in using the automatic check-in service, amenities are located next to the front desk, so you can bring your own. They provide lotion, milky lotion, facial cleanser, makeup remover, etc. You will also need to bring your own pajamas. Only a toothbrush is provided in the room. But overall it's clean and I would definitely return"

"Japanese hotel rooms are famously small, and with two people and two suitcases, we really had to rack our brains to fit them in. One ended up under the bed and the other in the aisle. However, despite being small, it had everything we needed and was very clean. We had to pay an additional tax upon check-in, even though I had already paid online. The second hotel I booked allowed me to pay upon check-out, which didn't involve this extra step. The hotel didn't provide bottled water, but there was a kettle. If you're not particular about the quality of toiletries, the hotel provides them, so there's no need to bring your own and add to your luggage weight. The hotel's location is excellent, near Hakata Station, making transportation very convenient. The meeting point for the one-day tour to Mount Aso and Takachiho Gorge was also right in front of Hakata Station. Breakfast was included and served at the restaurant by the entrance. The selection was small but exquisite. Every day, I enjoyed a bowl of rice with various dishes, coffee, small pastries, and yogurt. It's a shame there wasn't any fresh fruit. In the evening, they also had an outdoor BBQ."

"Hotels in Fukuoka are generally quite expensive, but if you book this one in advance, it offers good value for money. If you're coming from Hakata Station with luggage, you can take the skybridge on the second floor towards the bus terminal, where there's an elevator for convenience. If you don't have luggage, I usually just exit the hotel, head to Exit 6, and take the underground passage to Hakata Station. When I first checked in, the self-service check-in assigned me a terrible room – on the second floor, right by the elevator, facing the street. It was very noisy with cars passing by, making it impossible to sleep with a child. After discussing this with the front desk, I requested a quiet room on a higher floor. The Japanese staff member was very helpful; he checked for available rooms and kindly moved us to a room on the 9th floor. It was very quiet and pleasant for the rest of our stay. Full marks for the service! The room, though a bit old, was very well-maintained. It had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower facilities were excellent. The bed was quite large and very comfortable. The room size was decent, perfect for one adult and one child. There's a FamilyMart convenience store nearby, which is great for breakfast. Hakata Station isn't far, and it's very convenient to take the underground passage and subway to Tenjin. The location is quite good, making this hotel a high-value option in Hakata. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"First off, the location. The hotel's position is absolutely fantastic. From the Gion subway station, just take the elevator exit, go straight, then turn left, and you'll see it – it's incredibly close, truly just steps away. There’s a vertical sign outside with the hotel's name, which becomes even more noticeable when lit up at night. The surrounding area is bustling, and it's a very short walk to the shopping street and that famous shrine. Getting to Hakata, the airport, or Tenjin is super convenient, just a couple of subway stops away. There are many great dining options around the hotel; we tried a yakiniku place that didn't disappoint. Our twin room was surprisingly spacious – a real rarity in Japan. We could easily lay out our suitcases on the floor without feeling cramped. The bedding was spotless, with no issues regarding cleanliness. As for the price, it's definitely on the mid-to-high end, which is understandable given the prime location and generous room size, especially since we visited during the summer holidays. The front desk staff spoke both English and Japanese and were very friendly and helpful."
