"Room is very clean and bed very comfortable. Good room service everyday, unlimited complimentary water, coffee, tea, cookies all day long. Wifi available in room. Staff are courteous. Location is close to Union square and all transport. I will stay here again next time. The only flaw is the TV is not connected to power & no power cord provided, hence can't watch TV, hope this can fix."

"Pros: Great central location with easy access to transportation. The hotel has key card access and a gym. Cons: The room facilities are a bit old, and there's no dedicated space for luggage. There are homeless people downstairs, but it's generally safe. Soundproofing is poor; street noise, especially loud cars, can be disruptive. The room lights are motion-sensor activated and turn off automatically. The bathroom ventilation doesn't work well. No complimentary bottled water. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next door, and tipping can sometimes lead to awkward situations."

Amazing
GGuest UserStaying at the Omni Hotel, the experience is good! The room size is moderate and the layout is reasonable, and it will not make people feel cramped. The location is unique, close to multiple attractions, and convenient to travel. Coupled with the hotel service staff, they greeted each other with smiles, enthusiastically helped with luggage, and could respond to any needs as soon as possible. Recommend!

Great
GGuest UserPretty good, very clean. The only issue was the parking; there weren't any spots, so we had to park in a nearby lot. Breakfast was nice, and the room was quite spacious. The location was also excellent, though the traffic was congested due to snow in the evening.

Great
GGuest UserThe location was decent—about a 20-minute walk to the cable car and Chinatown. Service was solid, and the staff were helpful, offering great suggestions on places to visit. The complimentary morning tea and coffee and afternoon wine tasting section in the lobby was a nice touch. However, one downside was the lack of good budget-friendly breakfast options nearby.

GGuest UserSmallest hotel room I’ve ever had, but it was just me, so it was fine. The staff were great, but I stood in line to check in for a long time. Easily over 30 minutes and there weren’t many people ahead of me. Travel weary guests might appreciate a more expedited check in process, especially for those who pre-paid.
The $20/day food coupon and complimentary bottles of water were a lovely touch.

GGuest UserService: All the front desk staff were incredibly diligent and professional. They answered all my questions and were quite enthusiastic.
Cleanliness: The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. They even cleaned up the hair I had stuck to the wall!
Location: It's very close to Fisherman's Wharf and feels very safe. The location is excellent.
Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, so don't expect too much. Both the faucet and shower have low water pressure.
Breakfast: Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and offers a wide variety of choices. You can eat as many strawberries as you want, even the ones that cost $6.99 a box at the supermarket! Eating a good breakfast here can definitely keep you full until dinner.

GGuest UserWe were very happy with our stay. This was our first time in San Francisco, traveling with 3 teenagers. We were able to book 2 adjoining rooms for a decent price. Having the extra space was very helpful. Location wise was perfect for us - we were able to walk to the Giants game, Chinatown, the Ferry Building, Pier 39 (but that was a hike and we took an uber back) and the trolley system. Service was quick and helpful when we needed it. And the extra security at night was reassuring. We would recommend this hotel for adults and families with older kids.

CChalisa SinlapasornI like this place. It’s convenient to get around and close to important locations, including public transportation stations. However, I would like to deduct points for the housekeeping service. I requested two towel replacements, and while they did replace them, I received one bath towel and one floor mat instead of two towels.

GGuest UserThis Hotel has great customer service all the way through. It is in a prime location basically a block from Fisherman’s Wharf. The rooms are a little small, the bathroom is as well. They have a vanity outside of the room with the only bathroom switch which I thought was weird. I requested a quiet room and I got exactly that so beggars can’t be choosers. All in all it’s a good hotel especially when you are out and about in the City.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and clean and the front desk person was very warm, friendly, and helpful. She went out her way to assist all customers and provide answers.
I also appreciated the convenient parking the hotel offered. It allowed in and out privileges and a later check out process. It was so convenient to use the QR to use to enter and exit.
The only drawback was the the elevators were not working properly. Unfortunately, this made it difficult and to get to the floors and the elevators took time to get to the floors. At times, there was no room so there were long waits. Still, the service elevators were made available, but it was the same thing as many individuals were diverted to them.
But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be inclined to to rebook this hotel again.
GGuest UserAll of the staff seemed really nice. From the moment we arrived and had a friendly greeting from the valet parking worker, to the ladies that we interacted with in reception.
The room was nothing special, but by that I mean it had no outstanding features, or any distinguishable traits that would separate it from other hotels
The concierge was friendly and helpful, and was very useful in helping us to plan our activities.
And the hotel is in a good location to get to the pier or do the 'big bus' tour.
But here's the downside. The gym is small, had no steriliser, or wipes, even though one of the rules stated in the gym is to wipe down the equipment after use.
And the overall impression of the gym is that it could do with a really good clean from top to bottom.
Added to that there's the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the gym.
Yes that's right, in the actual gym.
Now we were very happy when we read about the hotel having washing machine facilities, but we were slightly surprised at it's location.
Another thing was the air con. We stayed in September and although the weather for the season was just starting to cool down after the summer, it was still fairly warm.
The air con looked as if it had been fitted in the seventies and made a sound as if it had been running non stop ever since then.
It was so noisy that we had to turn it off completely at night time and at different times during the day.
On a final point we received news regarding the death of my partner's daughter, which meant that we had to cut our whole vacation short including this leg of the trip.
We informed the front desk that we would be checking out one day early.
We were not expecting a refund, for that day, but after being told by the member of staff that the 30 dollar a night 'destination fee' would be waived for the night that we were not going to be there, we later found out that this fee had still been added to the final bill.
We still have no idea what a 'destination fee' is, but to be charged it when we weren't even at the hotel was extra galling.
And what was also strange was the fact they didn't even ask why it was that we had decided to cut our stay short?
Would you not be interested to know whether something was wrong with your customers stay, and to know why they had cut their visit short??
A bit of a poor end to a otherwise 'ok' stay at the hotel.
