"The hotel is located near Hoi An Ancient Town, about a 10-minute ride by Grab. There aren't any dining options nearby, but there are a few other hotels, a convenience store, and massage parlors in the vicinity.
My personal experience wasn't great; it was pretty average. The service doesn't meet four-star standards. The shampoo provided is comparable to what you'd find in a basic guesthouse in China. Conditioner and razors aren't automatically placed in the room; you have to request them from the front desk, and their quality is also guesthouse-level. You wouldn't even see items like that in a three-star hotel back home these days.
Breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, which feels a bit rushed. While there seems to be a lot of food, there's actually not much to eat. The fruit and bread selection is decent, but if this is supposed to be four-star, it definitely isn't. Even the pho was quite disappointing.
For a hotel costing nearly 500+ a night, you still have to buy your own bottled water. The hotel only provides two small complimentary bottles. The water isn't expensive, but if it's so cheap, why can't the hotel provide more for its guests?
The room had a strong smell. All in all, the price does not match the service."
