Exceptional staff and cleanliness. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are courteous and helpful. Room service is very through and the rooms are immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. Breakfast is oven cook food by a dedicated employee named Kathy who comes in early to make it. She always make sure there is enough food available and fresh coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very clean hotel overall. Didn’t realize you have to specifically ask to have your room cleaned (ie garbage removed, used towels removed, bed made, etc); that being said, we’re clean people and were surprised but okay with it.

Very good location near Rt 422. Walkability is good with a number of shops and restaurants close by. Short drive to more options. Breakfast selection is standard, but not great. We found "Warm" was what they called "Hot" breakfast items so that was not their strong point. Guest rooms are comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were friendly and the main areas clean. Room clean, the bed comfortable, and overall quiet for a good night sleep. No issues and would stay again at this location when traveling back to the area for business. Restaurant options in the area. Hampton Inn has never disappointed me.

My wife and I stayed at the Butler Pa. Hampton Inn on 10/4 and as usual were not disappointed. We have stayed here before in the past and have always given it all 10s and have been very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the rooms and particularly the morning breakfast. The Hotel is located in a very safe area right in the middle of many restaurants, and alot of shopping. You can walk to a Walmart, Target, Kohls, and many more shops, or walk to Panera, Applebee's , Chilis and many more restaurants.
