This hotel is next to a commercial district, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. We went to eat Chinese food, and the surrounding transportation is also very convenient. It is very suitable for travel and temporary stay.

The Hotel was extremely comfortable, clean and the service and breakfast was outstanding. It more than met the expectations of me and my family throughout our entire stay. Also the convenience of all the restaurants and shopping nearby was a welcome pleasure.
I would highly recommend The Holiday Express to other family members and friends.

Front desk staff- Staci was amazing! Fixtures nice and new. Room did have a bad smell but was easily covered with room spray.

This hotel was chosen because it included breakfast. The breakfast you’re paying for is awful. Scrambled eggs are just warmish chopped up egg whites and all the bread was stale. There was only half a working toaster. Cereal was the only alternative.
The ac/heating unit in the room was so loud it had to be turned off completely in the middle of the night. It was set at 66 degrees at check-in in January. Went out to dinner while it warmed up. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was large and seemed clean but water pressure was low in the shower, but very easy to use. Ample lamps and sockets for electronics.

The front desk workers was super friendly and helpful. However, we had to change rooms at 10:30pm. The shower in our first room did not work at all (the water would not come out) and there was a black dirty substance on the ceiling above the beds. Our second room was much better. The breakfast in the morning was less than enjoyable. The pancake machine was down, some of the milk tasted outdated, there weren’t many options to make up for the missing pancakes.
