I don't typically like to leave negative reviews, but I feel this is important. When I arrived to check in, I stood and waited at the desk for an unnecessary amount of time before the individual who was sitting in a darkened area finally felt I was of importance, got up to come over to assist me. I was surprised to find it was the manager. Then after finally getting a room, the door would not latch or lock correctly which required a third room change to get one that did. But then I found the room to have many unnecessary issues. All of that was bad enough, but charging me for two nights and refusing to make it right, proved what kind of hotel it really is.

Pool was ice cold, there was no way anyone was swimming in that. Room wasn’t that clean.

Despite the hotel being under extensive renovation it was clean with comfortable bed for a one night stay. Im sure oncee renovations are complete it will be even beetter. Good eatery only a couple of 100 yards walk away, part of a chain but food and service ok.

It's ghetto! I booked this thru my corporate travel agent expecting a regular Fairfield by Marriott experience. The TV didn't work and had all the wires and a cable box dangling over the desk. The ironing board is from the Carter administration and the iron doesn't steam. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The coffee area is filthy.
