Terrible hotel, it is in very bad condition, a lot of noise, you can't rest, with the noise of the planes, poor cleaning, there was a ********* smell in the hallways, from what I see they have no control, I changed rooms 3 times because the curtains were broken, you could see absolutely everything from the hallways to inside the room, the person at the reception was kind in trying to solve the problem, but well, she can't do much with a hotel that doesn't have the means, the photos you show are not at all real, the last option I took was a room where the curtains were fairly good, but the bedspread was burned, the next day I realized that the sheets were also stained, the worst thing were the towels. The good thing is that I had a towel of my own. The refrigerator didn't work. A total disappointment in Mexico, these hotels are a good chain.
