Quality Inn

Was charged a 250 dollar deposit that was no menthoned at booking. Room was somewhat clean and smelled horrible of smoke. I was told after 30 minutes of checking in that i could not get a refund. Reservation never stated that pool was closed for some reason. Attendant was rude and overall i have close to 415 dollars charged to a flippen room i was in for 30 minutes with 2 small kids.

Didn't like the fact that the pool nor the hot tub was opened thats the only reason i chose the hotel is for the amenities which were not available

This hotel was filthy. The room at check in the shower had hair all over the bottom, the toilet was not cleaned. The bed cover had what looked like a large coffee stain, the pillows themselves were yellow, one pillowcase had a dirty shoe print, and the curtains, were stained. In the hallway on the secon floor the window ledge was covered in dust, someone had drawn in the dirt. The pool and hottub were closed, no one told us at check in. Sunday morning, a homeless man was inside walking around, helping himself to breakfast, the person working the desk didn't speak english well enough to understand that the coffee pot was empty.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk made me pay a $100 deposit cash after I already paid for the room. My closet door was punched in, the main light switch didn’t work, and there wasn’t any heat and the system looked very old. I asked for another room and they said no! I guarantee this place isn’t full up. My bathroom sink was clogged with ramen noodles, and icing on this awful cake, there wasn’t even a wire connected to the room phone. I’m never staying at a Quality Inn again after this.

The room was clean the sheets had stains on them the room had a awful smell.. i have stayed in way better quality inn

All the bedding was stained and dirty. 2 of the rooms had to change rooms due to this. Just overall very dirty.

Light wasn’t working and they changed my room. The pool/ hot tub wasn’t working. The hot tube was the reason I chose the hotel. Very disappointed

At arrival I stood in line while the staff tried to sort a scheduling issue. While waiting two men walked up to the desk saying that the beds in the room they just checked into were unmade. I continued to wait but the stench of cigarettes was overwhelming. Knowing this would continue to be a problem and result in an asthma problem from me and my children, I left.

This is the absolute worst place EVER!!! If I could give this negative stars I would. My family and I did not feel safe whatsoever upon arriving. Once checking into our room to give the hotel a chance, there was MOLD in the fridge (mind you I am highly highly allergic to mold which the front desk was aware of) , multiple stains on the bedsheets, pillows, and curtains, water damage on the doors, exposed wires hanging from the smoke alarm, much much dirt behind the tv stand. 20 minutes after checking in, I called Choice Hotels to get a refund and they told me to talk to the manager since it was privately managed. The manager got back with me after TWO HOURS then told me it wasn't her problem the room is messed up and deal with it and Choice Hotels had to refund us. After another 20 minute phone call with Choice Hotels, they were not able to give us a refund. On the sign outside the hotel, it says indoor pool. However, the pool is closed all together. To top it all off, the men's restroom was down so everyone was using the same restroom. Imagine your daughter using the same restroom at the same time as a 65 year old man. Mind you, this is a stall bathroom, NOT a single restroom. YUCK!!!
