I’ve been staying here for years and the check in process is worse each year. Check in is at 4p, our rooms weren’t ready until after 7p. Zero effort was made to correct this situation, no compensation, no acknowledgment, nothing. Very disappointing experience

The remodeled rooms are very nice & clean! The staff at the front desk & cafe were all welcoming & kind to us. We spent the majority of our time in the outdoor pool and on the waterslide which was a blast! Fairmont Hot Springs is such a great place for our family and we love coming back every year!!!

Very well though family resort. Everything was convenient? The people were friendly. We enjoy the pools and the playground the most. We are leaving rested and recharged. Great place and people, we will be back again this year for some more fun with our family!

Check in was at 4pm and we arrived at 5pm. We were told our room was not ready and to “check back every hour” as many rooms weren’t ready until 7pm. There was no apology or any attempt to make the situation better from staff. It is beyond ridiculous to be treated like that at the price you are paying for rooms here. It’s sad how this place has changed over the years. We will not be back and recommend avoiding. We have heard Chico and Quinn’s are much better and will be checking those out next time.

Year after year I’m surprised and angered that rooms are never ready by check in time (4pm). This year it was past 7pm before the room was ready. They’re charging huge, out of state rates and delivering mediocre service.

Excellent, all team members were professional, genuinely cared about their work and wanting you to enjoy your stay and feel welcome! Rooms have had a facelift since the year prior. Very nice! Pools were clean, hotel clean, rooms clean! Great place for business meetings, conference center team were very organized!

A great stay. The food was great at the Water Edge. Wonderful hospitality! The pool staff was helpful, the front desk staff was courteous. We will be back again. The rooms were well stocked with towels and clean. I will say the rooms are loud with kiddos running in the halls so bring a sound machine for white noise.
