Sheets were not changed on the bed. After laying down and later getting up I noted lots of hair and other stains that definitely were not mine.

Was easy check in. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast ended a bit too early for us. Beds were very comfortable.

It was so nice to get a spacious room with clean, comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Everything was comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were excellent.

I tried booking with a different hotel on *******. I clicked on the other hotel and instead of being taken to rooms available of that hotel was taken to rooms available of Comfort Inn. I caught it the first time, yet after going back and again clicking on Copper King, was taken to Comfort Inn. After driving 11 hours, I didn't catch it the second time because why would it keep taking me to a hotel I didn't even click on?? A couple minutes went by and I realised what had happened so as soon as I found ******* customer service number I called. They said they contacted the property as if it was on them to refund, yet no property manager is available at a late hour. Needless to say, I didn't get a refund even though I didn't stay at Comfort Inn. Certainly looks like a SCAM when something like this happens. Like Comfort Inn and ******* are working together to scam people. I will never use either of them again after they stole my money.
