It was a particularly windy day. Very windy. On my drive through Montana cars and trucks were being blown all over the road. I was relieved when I arrived to this hotel for the night. Walking in it was clean, very clean. The front desk was nice, both who were working. Very helpful and friendly. And then I got to my room. The wind was so fierce that there was an unbearable howling coming through the ac unit. The wind was supposed to die down so I thought about waiting it out. But ultimately could not. I went back down to front desk and told them about the issue and almost before I could finish they were finding me another room! No fighting or arguing, just a very friendly, well we have to move you! The room I was moved to was in fact, a suite, and the wind issue was gone. I feel like you always know what to expect with LQ, good decent rooms and service. But this experience in particular not only inspired my first review, it really elevated my thoughts on LQ and its staff. Bravo crew, and thank you.
