We are impressed with the condition, very clean and neat. There is a small dining table, sofa and kitchen in the room. Air conditioner functioning well. As per advertised. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

This hotel is relatively affordable and we booked the Bagan suite for 4 nights for 4 pax. it was spacious and simple but decent. there is a coffeeshop nearby the hotel about 2 minutes walk that provided a good variety of food selection for breakfast and lunch. this hotel location is also convenient but there are limited parking lots under shelter and have to park car on road if the lots are all occupied. would come and stay again when we are in butterworth.

was looking for a place to stay at this area, found bagan suites. Though only myself staying alone but still it’s very affordable price for night. but perhaps first room near lift, easily heard noise of spamming door when people in and out.

Everything good but the room aircon will turn off automatically even we didn’t set the timer. Mayb others room remote control too near the device. And sound proof for early morning quite annoying. Other than that all well managed

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 3 children) doing a quick 3 days stop over in Penang. The hotel itself was very clean and looked quite modern. We booked a 3 bed room (which had 3 queen beds) arranged in a row, something I’ve not seen before, but had everything you would need, including a microwave in the room plus tea coffee facilities. The kids loved the tv which had Disney and next flix.
Checking was smooth and no issues.
Overall would visit again.
