I arrived at the hotel an hour early, and even though check-in was officially at 3 PM, I was able to get into my room smoothly at 1 PM. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and efficient – definitely a thumbs up! Overall, my stay was great. Just a small suggestion: there were some long hairs left on the bath towels in the room, so I hope housekeeping can pay more attention to detail cleaning in the future. I'll still choose to stay here again. I also tried the massage service at the hotel, which was pretty good.

I stayed for three consecutive days. The sea-view suite I booked for the first day couldn't be extended, so they moved me to a city-view room. I didn't realize it until I switched, but oh my goodness, this isn't a city-view room, it's a graveyard-view room! All I could see out the window were graves 🪦

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically designed. The sea view was stunning, and the pool was excellent, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
The customer service was outstanding. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks for two and the one-hour late check-out extension, which was greatly appreciated.
The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as there were not many choices available. However, the food was still delicious and satisfying.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The room is extremely clean and comfort. Very new hotel with excellent interior design. Fantasy breakfast view and ocean view on the swimming pool. Minor defect is the body lotion can't pump out although already refilled. Switch in the bathroom malfunction despite new hotel

Overall very good staying experience, sparking clean, good water pressure. Everything are top class, I would highly recommend choose room with sea view - Penang island view is awesome. The only thing I would request for improvement is a proper business working table & chair

We stay for seaview room but the windows glass have children hand print. This is sofa sea view and we able to change to full sea view room thank you the receptionist help us to make it full enjoy of penang seaview.
