We booked a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, but were pleasantly surprised to find that it actually came with 2 bathrooms! The host was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, even drawing up a clear map to help us easily locate our designated parking spot. The entire place was spotless, comfortable, and absolutely exceeded our expectations.

A few things were quite dusty, if I'm being honest. And I'm not sure why the bedsheets were put on the bed right after being washed, as the pillowcases were still damp when I put them on. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough.

Downstairs there's an Econsave for shopping, and directly opposite there's a Sabiah nasi kandar shop, a 99 Speedmart, and a petrol station nearby. This place is perfect for me. The house is very comfortable and has a very spacious swimming pool. The price is also reasonable. I will definitely come back here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Penang. However, one of the wooden tables needs to be repaired or replaced because its leg is broken, which could be dangerous for kids. Also, please remember to provide trash bags in the wastebasket. Best stay ever! The view is amazing and there's Netflix. The house is cool and there are lots of functional items in the kitchen to heat up food. Highly recommended, the price is reasonable too. Don't worry about parking, it's excellent.

Poor facilities, those ceiling fans can't be used w/o remote control.Given only one stand fan to be used and quite small.All those wooden chair not safety to be sit due the stand not stable.Anyway overall were clean but not recommended if you all guys with high expectation.
