The booking thru trip.com was super convenient… I booked this place just for a quick transit and because it is sooooo cheap. Won’t complaint much as I could have a good sleep and wake up fresh the next morning. Hotel provided basic amenities - one mineral water and a soap (small size for traveller). But what I appreciate much is there is someone who opened the door as I arrived around 12:30am after midnight (following the ETS arrival time). Getting the grab to and from this hotel was also easy. Very basic. Bottled water only on the first day only. No toiletries beside toilet paper and a small bar of soap. There was a towel on the first day but it looked a bit old and was never changed. Room wasn't made up or cleaned ever during our 4 day stay. Widows wouldn't close properly. One of the owners was friendly - all were helpful. Furniture was basic (at best) - There was one stool and an old desk. Maintenance had obviously been kept to to bare minimum too. However, it is near the Georgetown Ferry and the food place is just a minute away. Neighbours were all noisy and the walls are thin.

It is a budget hotel alright but the check in staff is unfriendly and the attitude was: better don’t stay here.
The broken table in the room just collect dust, better remove it from the room.
