This hotel is great, the room is big, the bathroom is big, and it has dry and wet areas. Very good

This was my third visit to this hotel. The previous two went perfectly. However, this stay was completely different. Both this stay and the previous ones precede my visit to the hospital, which is why we chose this place to be able to sleep and rest after a long journey. Upon entering the hotel, we were informed that there was a larger party taking place at the hotel, one floor below our room, but don't worry as it shouldn't last longer than midnight (sic!!!). When we asked why no one had informed us about it, we learned that the hotel had known about the organization of the event on its modest premises since yesterday. Of course, if we had known, we would never have decided to stay in this place. We were also quite surprised at the hotel - there were no bathrobes or slippers, and the tea and coffee set included two tea sachets and two sugar sticks. Loud music was blaring until late at night and people were talking loudly in the corridors. Staff asked for help threw up their hands and did nothing or the action was ineffective. I recommend that you think carefully about choosing this place to relax, unless you feel like a party atmosphere in a 4-star hotel with the standard of service and equipment of 2 or 3 stars, then go ahead. Don't count on anyone here to take care of your peace and rest.

The lady at the reception desk at check-in was tired and conducted the check-in quite rudely. The man at the bar said he was alone and would no longer serve food, despite the bar's opening hours. Generally, the afternoon service had a problem. Morning shift approx.
