Stayed here for a couple of nights for the eclipse. The staff was amazing. Beyond friendly and they really cared and were helpful. Everything was clean and neat. The amenities were wonderful. We took advantage of the hot breakfast, one dinner, pool, hot tub, and evening popcorn and drinks. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for you too. We couldn't have asked for more and all 5 of us said we'd go back in a heartbeat.

Great overall experience. Hotel was comfortable and inviting. The staff were friendly and eager to interact with guests. They were helpful in helping us make decisions about local activities. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than standard hotel food but not exceptional. 5:30 kickback was a nice surprise for us. Would certainly stay there again if we are back in the area.

Great! We travel a lot and this is our go to place when in the area. The staff is the best in the Midwest. Always willing to go above and beyond. We would take any of them on as our own staff. Customer service is a priority here as it should be in this industry.
