The staff were brilliant especially Yuriko on the front desk, we arrived late and wanted additional milk for breakfast and she went away and got a carton for us, she also recommended lots of different restaurants/bars for us and they were all great especially the Greek one 😊. Very well located and very relaxing stay, nothing was too much of a bother for the staff.

So I guess the reason for this review is to just bear in mind that not all hotels look the same In reality when compared To their pictures… this hotel was to be fair a little tired but pictures on the web looked vibrant and roomy.. yes the rooms were of a good size but mostly past their best. Considering it wasn’t the cheapest hotel it could have provided more. Staff were great and free car parking below which was all great but the “shabby chic” Of Byron bay doesn’t need continue to your hotel.. foyer looked good then it was a little Disappointing from that point on… Maybe look around at this price point..

The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The beach is close by so you can go in and out of the hotel many times. There are also simple snacks available, so even families with children were very satisfied.

We stayed here in January and loved everything about our stay. A great location, close to the beach and everything else such as shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops all within walking distance. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. We were on the front and weren't bothered by any noise. Friendly staff, pastries available in the mornings and given we were there on a weekend, wine available at 5pm in the main foyer too. Towels also provided for the beach. Car parking available underground. Only thing I would mention is there is no safety deposit box in the rooms.
