Good stay overall. Comfy beds! Bathrooms are very small so not much space.
We unfortunately got a first floor flat which had no natural light. Maybe second floor would be better.

オーガニックタウン。のんびりした街の空気感。歩いて回れる街のコンパクトさ。食事処は沢山あるけど、有名な観光地だけあってややお高め。スーパーマーケットは大きめの冷凍ピザが５ドルくらいからあるのでキッチン付きのお部屋ならリーズナブルにすごせるかも。 街の駐車スペースには、タッチ決済式のパーキングメーターがあるので３０分単位で支払いします。 ローカルが支払っている様子？はあまり見なかったけれど、ツーリストらしき方々はきちんと支払ってたかな。 有名なビーチの駐車場は見回りが多いらしく、ほとんどすべての人が駐車料金をタッチ決済していたようです。

Check in was a little odd. They were supposed to have sent us an email with the safe code from which we could get our keys and instructions but we didn't receive one! Other than that, our apartment was excellent. It was clean and very well equipped (with a double hob as well as a microwave). It contained a comfortable bed and a good shower. In a busy/noisy town, our apartment was an an oasis of peace and quiet. It had a very nice balcony with a table and chairs which was ideal for breakfast or an evening meal. There were 2 communal washers and 2 dryers ($5 a pop each). There was secure underground parking. It was located only a few minutes stroll from the beach, shops and restaurants.

Relaxing lounge with comfortable furnishings. Open dining opening onto courtyard with outdoor table and chairs . Access to pool and BBQ areas.
Great spa which we tried on arrival.
Unfortunately next day pool was being renovated so we couldn't use but that was ok we walked to the beach and swam there. Easy flat walk to town so you can leave car parked at property as parking in Byron gets busy.

On arriving and obtaining the key from the safe holder (worked fine) we were met with a two page letter with a list actions we had to do on leaving the property else we would get a $35 fine! This didn't start us feeling very welcome on what we had to do.....i thought we had paid for someone to empty the bins on us leaving the property (can't remember the other items). i think they may have had issues with other guests in the past? The best think about the property was their guide to the local area re restaurants/bars and things to do....probably the best we have ever come across really informative - we found a great one (called light years). Good location to town or the beach, plenty of parking and staff were friendly when available during their working hours. plenty of leaflets available in reception. This didn't seem much of a welcoming place from the list of actions so we wouldn't stay here again....

It was just out of the hustle and bustle of the main area of Byron, however very walkable ...
Staff were very helpful with any of our queries and the facilities were more than adequate for our needs.

Overall good. Weird they charge you for random small things . Sofa bed wasn’t made up and no sheets or pillows in the room for it when we got there
