Delicious food .Rooms clean and very warm .Very nice and helpful staff

I was visiting my family for a few days, the hotel is very close by, so it was perfect. Breakfast was delicious every day and well prepared. The room was clean and quiet. Can't complain.

The hotel is in the middle of a residential area, surrounded by houses and a few shops. The breakfast was not very varied, but that is certainly not a problem for shorter stays, especially since it is quite plentiful and there is something for everyone. However, I would have liked fresh rolls from the bakery instead of pre-baked rolls. The only criticism I have is that there is no good protection when smoking when it rains. I would have liked a larger canopy here. Otherwise, all of the staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was very clean and it always smelled good. They helped me with bookings and restaurant recommendations. The young ladies and gentlemen at reception were all super nice and polite and always helpful. The room staff and the lady at breakfast were also very nice. Special mention should be made of the lady from housekeeping who gave me the fresh towels, as she impressed me so much with her patience and friendliness that I am still very happy about this encounter. The reception staff, without exception, all spoke the cleanest English you can imagine. I am very impressed and was also happy because everyone understood me without any problems. What really bothered me was the thin toilet paper. I really see room for improvement here with little effort. I would recommend the hotel to anyone without reservation.
