Big size room and cozy. Very friendly with smiling faces staffs. Facilities are well kept. Breakfast is Super.

Although it's a small city, the atmosphere here is wonderful. It has a genuine and simple charm, and the people are incredibly friendly and honest. I'm so glad I was able to visit. And most importantly, it's a beautiful place

It's not worth the price paid for the stay. it's stuffy and lots of mosquitoes in the lobby. It seems like the aircon is not working. The room looks old and even the weighing scale is not working. Just there for show. I would seriously recommend nearby Phuc Cuong hotel which is more cheaper and the room looks newer.

Stayed at this hotel many times over the years since it opened. Great experience overall, even if there's some cost cutting evident since the beginning: only two pillows now, no body lotion in the bathroom any more... Small details though. The breakfast is very good, I particularly enjoy the fresh made soups 😋

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Hotel management satisfied all of our extra demands with no hesitation. This was the second time we stayed here and what they offered in terms of quality was very consistent. Breakfast could be a bit more various.
