The service at the hotel was good.
However, the refund of the deposit is very late.
When I spoke to the hotel, they told me to contact the credit card company.
All other hotel payments made with the same card have been processed.

It was so good! It was a dream-like hotel.
Because it was an annex, I had to walk a bit to get to the pool and breakfast, but the path was so pretty that it was another pleasure.
The staff were very friendly and the service was good👍🏻
If I go to Palma again, I will go again.

Find a hotel that is good value for money in the off season..
Throughout the 5 days of my stay, I was healed thanks to the friendly staff and the quiet and relaxing accommodation. It was a pity that the pool was not warm, but if you make a reservation for the spa, you can use it once a day for free. It's close to downtown and close to the sea, so it would be so much better if I went in the summer. I was happy throughout my stay.

As it is a 5-star hotel, I was satisfied with all the services and facilities. There was a bellboy and he also did valet. I left it as a honeymoon, and they prepared cava champagne at the accommodation. Instead, the food was very tasty for the price.

Les chambres possédant une piscine privée sont dans un autre bâtiment, il faut emprunter un tunnel sous la route. Les chambres sont vieillottes, d’un autre temps, le bâtiment est froid et vide. Le bâtiment principal est joli. Le service au restaurant est catastrophique, nous étions 5 à table, avec 5 serveurs, et nous avons attendu notre apéritif (obligé de se lever pour commander après 15 minutes en terrasse), l’entrée, le plat et le dessert. Environ deux heures pour dîner. Qualité des plats très moyenne pour ce type d’établissement. En conclusion, ce n’est pas un palace, et le rapport qualité prix, hôtel et restaurant, est médiocre.
